The main objective of the collection, processing and use of personal data is the handling of customer and supplier contracts. Secondary objectives are personnel administration, representation of interests, marketing, sales and public relations.

  • Data of employed and retired employees (personnel data for employee management, administration and payroll)
  • Customer data (data for product deliveries, services rendered, contracts, course of contract, address data, customer service.)
  • Data of interested parties (product-/ service interest, address data, interested party support.)
  • Supplier data (products, services, contracts, inquiries, invoice and service data)
  • Data from other business partners and agencies (address, contract, invoice and performance data on the whole these data are required for the purposes mentioned in 4.).
6. Recipient or categories of recipients who can be provided with the data:
  • Public and private offices, insofar as prior-ranking legal provisions exist (such as, for example, social insurance institutions, tax authorities, insurance companies, ...)
  • External contractors in accordance with BDSG § 11 (data processing service providers, agencies, credit enquiry agencies, credit institutes, ...)
  • Other offices which necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes in 4.
  • internal offices for the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in 4. Personnel management, accounting, sales, marketing, ...)
7. Legal periods for the deletion of data
The legally specified storage duties will eke out and-adhered. After expiry of these periods the corresponding data are deleted. In other cases the deletion is carried out if the under 4. listed purposes are discontinued.

8. Planned data transmission into third countries
At the moment, a conveyance to third countries is not planned.
